What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by ingredient, specification, packaging and supplier arrangement. Please contact us for the applicable MOQ.

Do you provide free samples?

Yes, we provide free samples (50-100g) for qualified B2B buyers. Sample shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Bulk sample orders may require a nominal fee.

What certifications do your products have?

Production partners maintain FSSC 22000, BRC, KOSHER, HALAL and FAMI-QS certifications. Certification documents are available for verification on request.

How do you ensure product quality?

We implement a 3-step quality control process: factory audit before partnership, COA verification for every batch, and third-party lab testing (SGS/Eurofins) upon request.

What is your lead time?

Standard lead time is 7-14 days for stocked items. For custom orders or large quantities (1MT+), lead time is typically 3-4 weeks depending on the product and season.
