Product Overview

Anhydrous Quercetin is the aglycone (water-free) form of quercetin, a flavonoid naturally present in Sophora japonica buds, onions, apples, and many other plant sources. With CAS number 117-39-5 and molecular formula C₁₅H₁₀O₇, anhydrous quercetin offers higher flavonoid content by weight compared to its dihydrate form. Each batch is delivered at ≥95% HPLC purity, suitable for capsule, tablet, and powder formulations in nutraceutical and cosmetic applications.

The anhydrous form is preferred for formulation applications where moisture control is critical, including tablet compression and dry-blend premixes. Quercetin is recognized in published research for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and immune-modulating activity.
